Meet our Management Team
Nick Betteley
Joint Managing Director & Technical Director
Nick is responsbible for all tehcnical elements of our racking design and engineering. Nick also works closely with SEMA and is the current president of the organisation.
Chris Humphreys
Joint Managing Director & Commercial Director
Chris leads our commerical strategy and oversees Sales & Marketing. Looking for a new racking solution? Give Chris a call!
James Sullivan
Design Director
James has worked at Stakapal since 2002 and has worked his way up to becoming Design Director. James is a qualified SARI for Cantilever & Pallet Racking. Outside of work, James is an avid gardener, especially when it comes to the lawn.
Richard Owen
Production Director
Joining Stakapal 18 years ago after gaining his degree in Mechanical Engineering, Richard has risen through the ranks, becoming Production Director and is responsible for the manufacturing side of Stakapal. Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing football.
Osman Sibanda
Research & Design Director
Our Research & Design Director, responsible for testing racking to & ensure it meets industry regulations. He is also an in-house SARI for Cantilever Racking & Pallet Racking. Health & safety are important to Osman, especially as a confessed ‘serious BBQ’er’.
Danielle Coddington
Operations Director
Newly appointed Operations Director Danielle has worked for Stakapal for 11 years after previously working with RediRack (now a trading division of Stakapal). In Danielle’s spare time she looks after her two young children and enjoys running.

Robert Yeomans
Installation Manager
Robert started with Stakapal in 1984 and is still the happy-go-lucky chap that he always has been. Responsible for managing installations on site, Robert and his team turn your vision into a reality. In his spare time Robert enjoys Motocross with his son.
Robbie Hipkiss
Production Supervisor
Robbie has worked in our production department at Stakapal for six years, returning as Production Supervisor after taking a small break to try new things. He enjoys golf, football, socialising and going on walks with his wife in his spare time.

Roy Wan
Design Engineer
Roy started at Stakapal in 2023 as a design engineer and has since become an in-house SARI qualified to inspect Cantilever & Pallet Racking. Roy enjoys travelling and has completed a three-month trip to South America.
Rachel Barker
Aftersales Coordinator
Rachel, our dedicated After Sales Coordinator, started 14 years ago and is essential to our Customer Service, managing communication & after-sales support. Fun facts about Rachel are that she’s travelled the world & ran a marathon!
Raja Sogi
Digital Marketing Executive
Raja joined the team in 2024 as Digital Marketing Executive. He is responsible for fine-tuning the website & using his creative flair to create eye-catching artwork. Outside of work, you will find him at the gym or adding to his impressive collection of sneakers!
Emily Higgins
Digital Marketing Executive
Starting in 2024, Emily is one of the newest members of the team. As Digital Marketing Executive, she is responsible for promoting our online presence & developing our digital strategies. In Emily’s free time, she is running around after a young child & two dogs!
Nicola Powell
Accounts Assistant
Nicola joined Stakapal in 2024 as Accounts Assistant. She is responsible for managing invoices & providing financial & administrative support to the Company Secretary. Nicola’s fun fact is that she has climbed Eagle's Nest, Germany.

Maintenance Engineer
One of our Maintenance Engineers, Tom, is responsible for maintaining buildings & machinery ensuring that they all adhere to relevant health & safety regulations. Tom enjoys spending time with his family & converting his van into a campervan.
Robert Leverington
Maintenance Engineer
The second of our Maintenance Engineers, Robert has been with Stakapal for just over a year. He assists Tom the maintenance of the building and machinery Robert owns an Olive Grove in Italy, producing and selling Olives and Olive Oil!
